The owners Silvano Piervincenzi, his wife Tiziana Orsili and their children Matteo and Gloria, together with all the company staff wanted to offer their heartfelt thanks, with a farewell party, to Ivano Pergolesi who for more than 42 years has served at our reality with professionalism and competence.
Hired in the company at a very young age in 1980, Ivano Pergolesi learned the art of shoe production from the founders of the Silvano and Tiziana shoe factory in all its phases and types of processing. His unparalleled work ethic, his passion for excellence and his ability to face any challenge with calm but determination are qualities that we all deeply admire.
Over the years, he has proven to be not only an excellent professional, but also a generous mentor and caring friend to many colleagues who have joined him.
His contribution to the growth and development of the LEPI company has been fundamental. He has always approached every assignment with dedication and creativity, bringing innovative ideas that have contributed to the ongoing success of our organization.
He was a pillar of stability and a point of reference for the LEPI company, and for this we want to express our heartfelt gratitude.
